陶瓷刀具高效干车削冷轧辊的刀具磨损机理

摘要 采用陶瓷刀具干车削硬态条件下的冷轧辊,分析了不同切削条件下陶瓷刀具的寿命、刀具磨损形态,并分析了裂纹、剥落和崩刃过程。试验和理论分析证实:陶瓷刀具高效切削冷轧辊时,裂纹的生成和扩展是造成刀具失效的主要磨损机理。 The life and tool wear of ceramic tools in different cutting conditions were analyzed. Crack,chipping of cutting tools were analyzed. The experimental and theoretical analysis confirmed that the generation and expansion of the crack are the main wear mechanism of the tool failure,when the ceramic tools cutting cold rolls.
