摘要
选择合适的金刚石单晶,通过选料、定向、切割、装卡、粗磨、精磨和检验等工序来制备加工镁铝合金的金刚石单晶刀具。采用正交试验法分析刀具前角、车床转速、进给量对加工材料的表面粗糙度和刀具磨损的影响。结果表明:这三个因素中,对表面粗糙度有显著影响的是转速,其次是刀具前角,最后是进给量;对刀具磨损的影响显著程度依次是刀具前角、转速和进给量。综合其他因素,加工镁铝合金的金刚石刀具最佳工艺参数为前角10°、转速3900r/min、进给量0.08mm/r。。
Choose suitable single crystal diamond,through the following processes: material selection,orientation,cutting,loading,rough grinding,fine grinding and inspection etc. The single crystal diamond tool for cutting magnesium- aluminum alloy was prepared. By means of the orthogonal experiment method,the influence degree of the tool rake angle,the speed of the lathe and the feed rate on the surface roughness and the tool wear were analyzed. The results show that the speed of lathe has a significant effect on the surface roughness,the second one is the tool rake angle and the last one is the feed rate in these three factors. On the other hand,the influencing degrees on the tool wear are the rake angle,rotation speed and feed rate in turn. Combined with other factors,the optimum technological parameters for cutting magnesium- aluminum alloy are: the values of the diamond tool rake angle,the speed of lathe and the feed rate are is 10 degrees,3900 r / min and0. 08 mm / r respectively.
