淬火钢高速精加工用PCBN刀具材料的研究 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了一种低CBN含量的淬火钢精加工用PCBN刀具新材料的制备方法,确定了由细粒度CBN微粉和陶瓷成分为主要结合剂的材料的组分配比、组装结构和合成工艺参数。通过SEM电镜扫描、硬度和致密度检测手段对PCBN刀具材料的微观组织结构和性能进行了分析研究,分析结果表明制备的PCBN刀具材料具有很高的硬度和致密度,微观组织结构均匀、致密。最后通过切削加工试验验证了制备的PCBN刀具材料具备良好的耐磨性,工件表面加工质量说明本文制备的PCBN刀具材料适合淬火钢的精加工。 The preparation process of a new PCBN cutting tool material is introduced in this article. The material is consist of low content component of CBN micro powder,which is used in high speed finish machining for the hardened steel. The constituent ratio,assembly structure and synthetic process parameters have been confirmed,and the composition formula of material is mainly composed of the fine-grained CBN powder and the bonding materials in which the ceramic components is the main binder materials. Microstructure and properties of PCBN cutting tool materials are analyzed by SEM observation and test methods of the hardness and density,which show that the PCBN cutting tool material has high hardness and density,and compact and uniform microstructure. Finally,the cutting test results have verified the effectiveness of the PCBN cutting tool material with good abrasion resistance,and the surface processing quality of the workpieces shows that PCBN cutting tool material is suitable for finish machining of hardened steel.
