摘要
基于铰削用量对孔表面质量的影响进行试验研究,分析了实际加工条件和被加工材料特点,选取了多组铰削速度和进给量进行试验。通过测量和对比不同铰削用量下所加工的孔表面质量,得出结论:铰削速度对孔表面质量的影响大于进给量对孔表面质量的影响;在一定范围内,适当提高铰削速度可以降低孔表面的粗糙度,但在切削速度提高的过程中会产生大量的切削热,影响被加工孔的表面质量,综合二者的影响进行分析并获得合理的切削参数。
Through the analysis of the characteristics of this kind of work- piece and working condition,the study of influence of amount of reaming to the hole surface quality are made,multiple sets of cutting speed and feed in the experiments are selected,measured and compared the hole surface quality under the different cutting speed and feed,get the following conclusion: the influence of cutting speed on the hole surface quality was larger than the feed. In a certain range,increased the hinge cutting speed can reduce hole surface roughness. But in the process of cutting speed to increase the number of cutting heat,the impact of the surface quality of the machined hole,experimental analysis of the effects of the combined two,reasonable cutting parameters.
