浅谈杜洛克公猪的精液特性与精子形态对其精液质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在生产实践中,杜洛克公猪的精液受到长途运输等应激后会较其他品种公猪的精液品质下降更快。该文旨在通过比较不同品种的精液特性及精子形态,找到杜洛克公猪的精液品质较其他品种差的根本原因。并利用以往的研究结果,对精子特性与精子形态的关系及精子形态与精子活力的关系展开讨论。结果表明,与皮特兰、长白和大白等猪种相比,杜洛克猪的射精量少、精液浓度高、精子头部大而精子尾巴短。借此能吸引更多的同行对此进行专门的研究。
