摘要 目前甲醇市场产能过剩,煤基甲醇项目比石油天然气甲醇项目生产成本高很多,为降低煤基甲醇的产品成本,根据其固有的变换生产工艺,采取回收高温冷凝液,采用废锅回收废热生产蒸汽进行发电。在变换催化剂的使用上,通过控制系统充卸压速率,防止床层超温,部分更换催化剂等节能创效措施,起到了较好的效果。 Methanol market capacity at present. Coal based methanol project production cost is much higher than the oil and gas of methanol project. To reduce the product cost of coal based methanol production process according to its inherent transformation, Take the recovery of high temperature condensate,Using pot scrap recycling waste heat steam to generate electricity production.
