In 2014, subject to the impact of the decreasing international price of sugar, the sugar industry faced development dilemma. At the same time, lack of market demand in domestic paper industry led to fierce competition, the demand for paper in cultural activities continued to slump, thus the papermaking industry was greatly affected. Therefore, Guitang Shares suffered a big impact on the production and operation as it mainly engaged in sugar and paper industries. This paper attempted to explore the dilemma facing Guitang Shares from financial point of view, and put forward some suggestion.
