摘要
退票业务自动化办理有助于减轻窗口工作人员的压力,并为旅客提供更加快捷化、优质化的服务。提出一套适用于铁路客运站自动退票系统的实际应用方案,详细阐述了该系统软硬件设备的设计,及系统中关键技术的实现。自动退票系统为旅客提供更加便捷、多样的退票业务选择,并能有力推动铁路信息技术的进一步应用。
Automation of the refund business in rail transit could relieve the pressure of station staff, provide passen- gers with more efficient and higher quality service. In this paper, a practical application program of automatic refund system suitable for rail transit passengers is proposed, the design of the system hardware and software, the implemen- tation of the key technologies of the system are deliberated in detail. This system is expected to offer passengers with more convenient and diversified business options, and will have a strong impetus to the construction of urban rail tran- sit information technology.
