摘要
介绍了广州地铁1号线两种受电弓上碳滑板的运用状况及其差异性,进行了接触网的检查和一系列弓网关系试验,并通过对比测试调查A2、A3型车碳滑板出现裂纹的原因;对比了两种受电弓弓头结构和悬挂的差异,分析了弓头差异对A2、A3型车碳滑板频繁出现裂纹的影响,分析结论可为后续的弓网匹配选型做参考。
The situation and use of two different panto- graph carbon skateboards on Guangzhou Metro Line l vehi- cles are introduced, the overhead contact system is checked and a series experiments about the pantograph - contact line relation are conducted. Through comparison, the difference between two kinds of pantograph collector heads is detected, the main causes of frequent cracking on metro A2 and A3 carbon skateboards are investigated. This ana- lytic result could be used as a reference for the selection of mutually matched pantograph and contact line.
