高质量浓度四氯化钛废水资源化处理研究

摘要 采用化学沉淀-焙烧法资源化处理高质量浓度四氯化钛废水,研究了沉淀p H条件、焙烧温度和焙烧时间对反应产物中二氧化钛含量(质量分数)的影响,通过正交试验得到的最佳沉淀p H、焙烧温度和焙烧时间分别为7、500℃、2 h,在该条件下回收得到的二氧化钛含量达到63.53%,实现了废水的资源化利用。 Wastewater containing high mass concentration titanium tetrachloride was treated by using chemical precipitation and roasting method. The effects of precipitation pH, roasting temperature, and roasting time on the mass fraction of titanium dioxide in product were studied. The optimum conditions obtained from orthogonal experiment were as follows: the precipitation pH value was 7, the roasting temperature was 500 ℃, and the roasting time was 2 h. Under above conditions, the mass fraction of titanium dioxide reached 63.53%, and the resource utilization of wastewater was achieved.
