纳滤膜处理难降解印染废水的应用研究

摘要 印染废水处理一直是限制印染行业发展的一大障碍,随着更严格的污水排放指标的提出,常规生化处理已经无法满足排放要求。近年兴起的反渗透处理技术体现出很大的优势,其具有出水水质好、膜的抗冲击能力强、操作管理简单等优点,但是反渗透膜污染问题一直限制着该技术的推广。相比反渗透技术,纳滤技术出水水质好、能耗相对较低,膜的抗污染和耐清洗能力尤为突出。 The treatment of textile wastewater has always been a major obstacle to the development of textile industry. With the issue of more stringent sewage discharge standards, traditional biochemical treatment has been unable to meet the requirement of emission. The reverse osmosis treatment technology rised in recent years shows great advantages, such as good effluent water quality, strong impact resistanee capability of membrane, easy to operate and manage. However, the problem of reverse osmosis membrane fouling has limited the promotion of this technology. Compared with reverse osmosis technology, the nanofiltration technology with low energy consumption has good effluent water quality, and the fouling resistance capability and washability of nanofihration membrane are especially outstanding.
