摘要
采用非接触式声发射波形流测试技术采集滑动轴承正常、不平衡、碰摩和不对中故障的声发射波形流信号,分析不同类型故障特征与声发射波形流信号间的关系,并运用双谱分析方法对声发射波形流信号进行分析,根据双谱分析三维图及等高线图表现出的不同特征,实现对滑动轴承不同故障的判别。
The non- contact acoustic emission waveform streaming testing technology is adopted to collect the signals of normal operation,unbalance,rub- impact and misalignment fault of sliding bearings. The relations are analyzed between different types of fault characteristics and acoustic emission waveform streaming signals,and the bispectrum analysis method is used to analysis of acoustic emission waveform streaming signals. The different faults of sliding bearings are identified according to different characteristics of three dimensional map and contour map of bispectrum analysis.
