复合膜修复兔颅顶骨骨缺损的X射线评估

摘要 目的比较富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)与胶原膜(BME-10X)的复合膜、单纯PRF膜、胶原膜(BME-10X)3种膜在兔颅顶骨骨缺损修复中,不同时期的引导骨组织再生的能力。方法选用日本大耳兔24只,在兔颅顶骨建立3个骨缺损区,称为A、B、C区,A区填入PRF+胶原膜(复合膜组)修复,B区填入PRF膜(PRF组)修复,C区填入胶原膜(胶原膜组)修复,在术后2、4、8、12 w时,通过X射线检查观察各组骨缺损区的组织修复再生状况。结果术后2、4、8、12 w,复合膜组的成骨能力优于PRF组和胶原膜组(P<0.05),而PRF组与胶原膜组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论复合膜的引导骨再生能力优于单纯的PRF膜或胶原膜。 Objective To compare the effects of compound membrane of PRF and BME-10 X,single PRF membrane and collagen membrane(BME-10X) on acceleration of bone tissue regeneration in repairing rabbit calvarial bone defect.Methods A total of 24 Japanese big-eared rabbits were selected,with three bone defects(A,B and C) generated in rabbit cranial bone.A was filled with PRF +collagen membrane(compound membrane group),B with PRF(PRF group) and C with collagen membrane(collagen membrane group).The tissue regeneration in such defects of the three groups was observed by X-ray two,four,eight and 12 weeks after the operation.Results Two,four,eight and 12 weeks after the operation,the osteogenic capability of compound membrane group was stronger than that of PRF group and collagen membrane group(P〈0.05),and there was no significant difference between the osteogenic capability of PRF group and collagen membrane group(P〉0.05).Conclusion The compound membrane has better effect on acceleration of bone regeneration than PRF or collagen membrane.
