氡温泉水疗对高海拔地区疗养官兵静息心率和血压的影响

Impact of Radon spring spa on RHR and blood pressure of officers and soldiers from high attitude

目的观察高海拔地区疗养官兵在氡温泉浸浴水疗前后静息心率和血压的变化。方法将80名高海拔地区疗养官兵随机分为氡温泉组和热水组,分别给予氡温泉浸浴或普通热水浸浴水疗,每日下午30 min,疗程10 d,比较两组水疗前后静息心率和血压的变化。结果同组内干预前后对比,氡温泉组水疗后静息心率、收缩压、舒张压较水疗前均明显降低(P<0.05);热水浴组在水疗前后收缩压有显著降低(P<0.05),但舒张压和静息心率无明显变化(P>0.05)。同时间组间对比,水疗后氡温泉组静息心率、收缩压、舒张压均低于热水浴组(P<0.05)。结论氡温泉浸浴能降低高海拔地区疗养官兵的静息心率、血压,对于恢复和促进高海拔地区疗养官兵身体健康具有重要作用。

Objective To observe the change of the RHR and blood pressure of officers and soldiers from high attitude before and after Radon spring spa.Methods A total of 80 officers and soldiers from high attitude were randomly divided into Radon spring group and hot water group,and they were treated with Radon spring spa or ordinary hot water spa for 30 min every afternoon within10 days.The changes of RHR and blood pressure of the subjects in the two groups were compared.Results Compared within the same group before and after the intervention,the RHR,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the Radon spring group after the spa dropped significantly（P 〈0.05）; as for the hot water group,the systolic pressure dropped greatly（P 〈0.05） but the diastolic pressure and RHR showed no great changes（P 〉0.05）.As compared between the groups at the same time,the RHR,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the Radon spring group after spa were lower than those of the hot water group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Radon spring can decrease the RHR and blood pressure of the officers and soldiers from high attitud,playing a very important role in recovering and enhancing the health of these soldiers.
