乙肝合并肝肉瘤样癌1例及文献复习

摘要 病例男,41岁,主因＂发热1 w,腹痛1 d＂入院。1 w前患者无明显诱因出现发热（体温高达38~39℃）、头痛、腹痛,以右上腹部为主,呈隐痛,无明显规律,与饮食无关,不瀡体位改变而疼痛改变,伴有乏力、纳差。外院就诊查肝功异常,腹部CT提示：肝右叶体积增大（10 cm×9.8 cm×10 cm）、密度改变,考虑肝癌可能大,遂就诊于我院。
