白细胞介素17在缺血性脑卒中脑损伤中的作用及机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 脑卒中是临床上常见的具有高致残率和高病死率的脑血管疾病,其中以缺血性脑卒中最为常见。近期在小鼠脑膜新发现大脑淋巴管的存在,提示免疫系统在脑内环境稳态的维持及对其相关病变的病理生理过程起重要作用,且现已证实,脑缺血后强烈的炎性反应是造成脑继发性损伤的重要原因[1-2]。由于缺血导致能量缺乏以及继而发生膜离子通道功能障碍、细胞内外离子失衡、细胞水肿、钙超载、
