摘要
针对现代城市建设审批工作中,建筑报建材料与原有设计规划信息不一致、建筑设计与规划管理脱节的问题,该文基于建筑信息模型技术设计实现了三维建筑报建核查系统。该系统通过建筑信息模型数据与三维GIS数据的无缝融合,建立了建筑信息模型语义特征与报建要素之间的映射关系,构建了面向不同需求层次的建筑报建审批模式与作业流程,较好地实现了基于三维GIS平台的三维建筑报建信息自动核查。实验结果表明,该系统支持下的报批审批流程能够充分利用实际业务的建筑信息模型设计数据,支撑建筑设计报建的相关业务工作,提升业务管理水平。
For the inconsistency between the material in construction permits application and original planning design,and the disconnection between architectural design and planning management,this paper designed a project application and verification system of 3Darchitecture based on BIM.By integrating BIM data with 3DGIS data,this system built the mapping relationship between BIM semantic feature and the elements in construction permits application.It also established an examination and approval mode and a working flow for different requirement level.This system could meet the basic needs of realizing automatic examination of 3Dconstruction permits application based on 3DGIS platform.Experimental results showed the system supported approval process took full advantage of actual business based BIM architectural design data,integrated design and planning data,which could assist verification of construction permits application related businesses and raised relevant departments' management level.
