摘要 心房颤动（atrial fibrillation,AF）是心脏术后最常见的心律失常,其发生多集中于术后2~3 d,新发术后心房颤动（postoperative atrial fibrillation,POAF）的发病率因手术种类的不同而存在差异,其中冠状动脉旁路移植术（coronary artery bypass grafting,CABG）后AF发病率约为30%,
