右冠状动脉开口并走行异常一例

摘要 1病例资料患者男,38岁,发现心脏杂音31年,活动后心慌、气短、伴双下肢乏力1个月。查体：心率78次/min,律齐,血压110/85 mmH g（1 mmH g=0.133 k Pa）。主动脉瓣听诊区可闻及Ⅲ/6级杂音。心电图示：窦性心律,左心室肥厚,ST-T下移。胸部X线片示：双肺血管纹理增多、增粗,主动脉结宽,左心房、左心室增大为主,心胸比率为0.65。
