Present Situation and Tentative Counter—measures in the Cultivation of Teaching Morals in Institutions Of Higher Learning

当前 ,高校师德建设中存在着一般倡导多 ,切实有效的措施少 ,管理“三软、三硬”等不利局面。因此必须通过营造氛围 ,建立约束机制以及抓好教师道德内化等有效途径 ,扎扎实实搞好教师职业道德建设 。

The cultivation of teaching morals is an essential part in higher education.This paper analyses the main existing problems in colleges and universities.It is stressed that strengthening teachers’professional morals has not been attached great importance.So this paper explores some practical and effective measures to improve the cultivation of teachers’morals for the purpose of training high-quality college teachers.
