摘要
以企业制度作为桥梁,对全国范围内255家跨国企业进行了问卷调查,采用结构方程模型解构了政府支持、企业制度与技术创新的关系。研究发现:政府支持对企业的正式与非正式制度都产生显著的正向影响;企业的正式制度不仅直接正向影响技术创新,而且还以非正式制度为中介对技术创新产生间接影响。
Taking the enterprise system as a bridge,the study conducted questionnaire survey for 255 multinational corporations across the country,and usd the structural equation model to deconstruct the relationship of government support,enterprise system and technological innovation. It is found that government supports have significant positive influences on the formal and informal enterprise system; the formal systems of enterprises not only has direct positive influences on technological innovation,but also indirectly affects technological innovation on the intermediary of informal system.
