摘要
软木塞是葡萄酒瓶装的主要密封方式之一,其质量好坏对葡萄酒装瓶后质量变化的影响具有重要意义。阐述了葡萄酒软木塞中毒害物质的种类、来源、危害以及检测方法研究现状,为相关企业质量控制提供参考。
The cork is one of the main sealing methods for bottled grape wine and its quality is of great significance in influencing wine quality after bottle-filling. In this paper, the varieties, the source, the hazards, and the measurement methods of toxic substances in corks were elaborated, which could provide useful reference for quality control in wineries.
