Objective Selection of Transforming Managing System of the Rural Household Farm

结合我国的国情和农业发展的实际情况 ,提出我国可以在家庭经营的基础上实现农业现代化 ,其实现的模式是由土地家庭经营承包制到现代农场的转变 ,实现过程分为家庭承包经营实施和发展、家庭经营的完善和提高及现代家庭农场的形成三个阶段。同时指出了土地家庭承包权转化为土地收益权是我们实现土地集中和规模经营的基础 。

Combining the reality of agricultural development in china, the paper puts forward that agricultural modernization can be accomplished on the basis of household farm. It also discusses the realizing forms of household farm: the transfer from household managing and contracting system to the modern household farm. The realizing process falls into three stages,that is,the carrying out and then perfecting of household managing and contracting system,and finally the establishment of the household farm.It points out as well that the transfer from land household contract right to the land beneficial right is the basis of achieving land intensiveness on a large scale. In addition, the paper points out the problems that should be solved during the household farm accomplishment and development.
