摘要
在普通人力轮椅之上增加前轮的电动转向驱动和手动转向装置,增加后轮电动驱动装置,机械传动装置包括链轮链条、丝杠螺母,行程开关等。机械设计首先进行三维样机和仿真设计,最终制造出成品。采用自动控制和手动双重工作方式的思想实现电动轮椅的设计制造,保留原轮椅的手动刹车等实用功能。
Electric and manual operation rotating equipments were added to the front wheels of the normal manpower wheelchair. Electric device was added to the back wheel of the normal wheelchair too Chain wheels, chains, lead screw, screwed cap and position switches were used in the mechanical drive equipment. Automatic control and manual operation model were used to design and manufacture the electric wheelchair. Some utilitarian functions just as manual brake and so on were still retained.
