农村党群创业互助基层服务型党组织建设——以浙江省长兴县为例

On the Construction of Service-Oriented Basic-Level CCP in Entrepreneurial Assistance

党群创业互助会是在新形势下探索深化"双带双创"活动、建设基层服务型党组织的创新举措。增收致富是事关农民群众切身利益的最大需求,帮扶创业是惠民利民的最根本服务。长兴县通过建立党群创业互助会,使之成为对上承接党组织联系党员、对下贯通党员联系群众的中间平台,探索了"困难帮扶创业化、民意收集常态化、感情连接互惠化、服务工作机制化"的服务型基层党组织建设新思路。对其经验做法进行总结研究,挖掘不足,具有十分重要的现实意义与必要性。

Entrepreneurial assistance provided by basic-level CCP is the innovation in constructing service-oriented basic-level CCP under the new situation of＂Two Leadings and Two Innovations＂activities.Income is the biggest demand which is related to the vital interests of farmers,and helping to start a business is the most fundamental service for the people.Through entrepreneurial assistance the CCP of Changxing County establishes a platform which not only enables the CCP to communicate with the members but also helps the CCP members to communicate with the people.The platforms is an innovation of realizing the idea-＂solving problems by offering entrepreneurial assistance,normalization of public opinion collection,reciprocity through communication,establishing a mechanism of service＂.Taking advantage of the experience and practice and avoiding the disadvantages is of very important practical significance and the necessity.
