摘要
借助Aspen Plus模拟软件,应用Gibbs自由能最小化方法建立新疆阜康干粉煤加压气化模型。研究了气化参数氧煤比、蒸汽煤比和二氧化碳煤比对气化性能的影响。氧煤比增加有效气(CO+H_2)含量存在最大值;蒸汽煤比的增加,合成气中有效气(CO+H_2)和CO含量减少,CO_2和H_2含量增加。二氧化碳煤比对合成气组成影响不大。
With Aspen Plus simulation software and application of Gibbs free energy minimization method to establish Fukang dry pulverized coal pressurized gasification model,this paper studies the gasification parameters of oxygen to coal ratio,impacts of steam to coal ratio and CO_2to coal ratio on gasification performance.The increase of oxygen to coal ratio has a maximum value of effective gas(CO + H2) content;increase of steam to coal ratio,the effective gas(CO + H2) and CO content in syngas are decreased,and CO_2 and H2 content increased.Carbon dioxide to coal ratio has little effect on syngas composition.
