近红外透射法检测降压类中成药中添加尼莫地平和尼群地平 被引量:5

Detection of Nimodipine and Nitrendipine Added into Antihypertensive Chinese Medicine by Near-infrared Transmission Method

摘要 目的基于近红外相关系数法快速检测降压类中成药中的尼莫地平和尼群地平。方法采用近红外透射光谱法,以无水乙醇为提取溶剂,6080~6045cm^(-1)为特征谱段,阈值80%,混合对照品溶液为参考光谱,建立尼莫地平和尼群地平混合成分相关系数定性模型。结果采用近红外透射定性模型分析20批样品,判定样品均不含有尼莫地平和尼群地平。结论建立的定性模型是可行的,该法快速、简单、准确度高,可用于降压类中成药非法添加物质的快速筛查。 OBJECTIVE To establish a method to detect nimodipine and nitrendipine illegally added into antihypertensive Chinese medicines based on similarity matching method. METHODS Established the correlation coefficient of qualitative model to detect nimodipine and nitrendipine by near infrared transmission spectroscopy with ethanol as extraction solvent,6080 - 6045cm(-1)characteristic spectral bands,threshold of 80%,the mixed reference substance solution for reference spectra. RESULTS Used qualitative model to analyze 20 batches samples by NIRS and there was no sample containing nimodipine and nitrendipine. CONCLUSION The qualitative model was viable,fast,simple and accurate and it could be used to screen antihypertensive Chinese medicines added substances illegally.
