探讨甘露醇和地塞米松在腰椎融合术后腰腿痛中的治疗作用

Explore the Mannitol and Dexamethasone in the Treatment of Postoperative Lumbar Fusion Lumbocrural Pain

目的探讨甘露醇和地塞米松在腰椎融合术后腰腿痛中的治疗作用。方法选择我院2012年6月-2014年6月收治的腰椎退行性疾病患者作为研究对象,共90例,对照组采用镇痛消炎药物治疗,观察组采用甘露醇和地塞米松进行治疗。对比两组的血清指标和腰腿痛疗效。结果术后VAS评分比术前更低,P〈0.05;术前两组VAS评分没有差异,P〉0.05;术后观察组VAS评分比对照组更低,P〈0.05。与对照组对比,观察组各个血清指标水平明显更低,P〈0.05。结论采用甘露醇和地塞米松对腰椎融合术后腰腿痛进行治疗具有良好的效果,可以有效地缓解炎症反应,减轻腰腿痛,具有一定的临床应用价值。

OBJECTIVE To study the mannitol and dexamethasone in the treatment of postoperative lumbar fusion Lumbocrural pain. METHODS From June 2012-June 2014 patients of lumbar degenerative disease as the research object,a total of 90 cases,control group adopts analgesic pain medication,observation group treated with mannitol and dexamethasone. Comparison of two groups of serum index and lumbocrural pain curative effect. RESULTS Postoperative VAS scores were lower than those of before operation,p〈0. 05; Preoperative VAS score did not differ between two groups,p〈0. 05; Postoperative observation group VAS scores were lower than those of control group（ p〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group,observation group had significantly lower serum levels of indicators（ p〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION The mannitol and dexamethasone on postoperative lumbar fusion lumbocrural pain treatment has good effect,can effectively alleviate the inflammation,relieve lumbocrural pain,has a certain clinical value.
