吸入沙丁胺醇辅助治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎的疗效观察

The Therapeutic Efficacy for Infants and Young Children Bronchial Pneumonia by Aerosol Inhalation of Salbutamol

目的观察雾化吸入沙丁胺醇辅助治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2014年10月收住福建省妇幼保健院的3岁以下支气管肺炎住院患儿77例,基础治疗相同的情况下,A组雾化吸入布地奈德和异丙托溴铵,B组雾化吸入布地奈德和复方异丙托溴铵（异丙托溴铵＋硫酸沙丁胺醇）,1日3次,疗程3-10d。比较两组患儿呼吸系统症状和体征消失天数、住院时间及雾化费用。结果 77例患儿中A组38例、B组39例,两组患儿在咳嗽消失、气喘消失、肺部罗音消失、细湿罗音消失、住院等时间及治愈率均无明显差异,A组雾化费用较少（P〈0.001）。结论雾化吸入沙丁胺醇辅助治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎无明显疗效。

OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic efficacy of aerosol inhalation of salbutamol on the infants and young children bronchial pneumonia. METHODS The medical records of 77 children （ 〈3 year） with bron- chial pneumonia in Fujian Maternity and Children Health Hospital in 2014 were retrospectively reviewed. With the similar basic treatment, the children of group A were received budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide by aerosol inhalation, and the children of group B were receivcd budesonide combined with compound ipratropium bro- mide （ipratropium bromide ＋ salbutamol sulfate） by aerosol iilhalation, respectively ,3 times per day, with 3 - 10 days of periodical treatment. The symptom of respiratory system, disappearance time of body characters, length of hospital stay and cost of aerosol inhalation were compared. RESULTS No difference on the length of hospital stay and the disappearance time of cough, asthma, lung rales, fine rales and cure rate were found between the two groups. The cost of aerosol inhalation of ipratropium bromide was significantly less than that of compound ipratropium bromide （P 〈 0. 001 ）. CONCLUSION s There was no difference on the curative effect for the infants and young ehildren bron- chial pneumonia by aerosol inhalation of salbutamol.
