摘要
使用"T"字形热裂模具,通过Clyne-Davies模型对EW75镁合金热裂敏感性进行了预测,并与传统的AZ91镁合金进行对比。根据测试结果对形成热裂纹时的凝固温度和凝固收缩应力进行了分析。确定了EW75镁合金在不同模具温度和浇注温度下的热裂敏感性。采用X射线衍射对EW75镁合金的相进行研究。用扫描电子显微镜对断口显微组织进行分析。结果表明,EW75镁合金的热裂敏感性大于AZ91镁合金,提高模具温度和浇注温度都会降低EW75镁合金的热裂敏感性。
The hot tearing susceptibility of EW75 magnesium alloy was evaluated by thermodynamic calculations based on Clyne-Davies model and "T " type hot tearing permanent-mold,and then compared with the traditional AZ91 magnesium alloy.The solidification temperature and shrinkage stress were recorded from the testing results during the solidification.The intermetallic phases of EW75 alloy were identified by X-ray diffraction.The microstructure and cross section fracture of the EW75 magnesium alloy were observed by scanning electron microscopy.The results show that hot tearing susceptibility of the EW75 magnesium alloy is more serious than that of AZ91 magnesium alloy.The hot tearing susceptibility is significantly decreased with increasing the mold and pouring temperatures.
