预时效及预应变对汽车用AA6016合金析出行为的影响 被引量:12

Influence of pre-aging and pre-strain on the precipitation behaviors of AA6016 alloy for automotive application

摘要 利用差示扫描量热法对汽车用AA6016铝合金板材中析出相的析出行为和激活能进行分析和计算。结果表明,在10℃/min加热速率条件下,自然时效态和预时效处理后状态强化相β″相析出温度约为265℃和250℃,析出激活能分别为(178.21±4.24)和(131.87±2.91)k J/mol。对于预时效处理后的合金施加不同程度的变形,发现当预应变量为2%时,β″相析出温度为240℃左右,进一步增大变形至5%,强化相析出温度约为230℃。经计算,预应变量为0、2%和5%合金β″相析出激活能分别为(131.87±2.91),(134.81±3.45)和(128.47±3.67)k J/mol,三者相差不大。 The precipitation behavior of AA6016 aluminum alloy sheets used in automotive industry was analyzed and calculated by differential scanning calorimetry technique.The result shows that the precipitation temperature of β″ phase in the alloy after natural aging and pre-aging is about 265 ℃ and 250 ℃,and the activation energy is(178.21 ± 4.24) and(131.87 ± 2.91) k J / mol,respectively.The different amounts of deformation were applied to the alloy after pre-aging,and it is found that the precipitation temperature of β″ phase is 240 ℃ when the deformation is 2%,and further increasing to 5%,the precipitation temperature of strengthening phase is about 230℃.According to the calculation,the precipitation activation energy of β″ phase for the alloy with 0,2% and 5% deformation is(131.87± 2.91),(134.81 ± 3.45) and(128.47 ± 3.67) k J / mol,respectively,no significant difference is observed.
