摘要
为了进一步提高Cr8钢轧辊的服役性能,利用数值模拟技术与实验对Cr8钢轧辊的最终热处理工艺进行了研究。首先利用实验测试了Cr8钢的材料性能参数;接着利用数值模拟技术分析了Cr8钢轧辊在其差温加热过程、喷雾淬火冷却过程及其回火过程中辊身内部特征节点温度、组织与应力的演化过程,并采用物理模拟技术验证了Cr8钢轧辊在连续喷雾淬火工艺下两个特征节点处的马氏体组织,从而验证了采用数值模拟技术研究Cr8钢轧辊最终热处理工艺的可行性;最后重点分析了连续喷雾淬火工艺与间歇喷雾淬火工艺对Cr8钢轧辊辊身内部特征节点温度、组织及应力演化过程的影响。结果表明,采用间歇喷雾淬火和低温回火工艺不仅可保证Cr8钢轧辊的淬硬层深度,而且可显著降低其心部所产生的拉应力,从而可保证其最终热处理过程安全。
Numerical simulation and experimental research were proformed to improve the performance of the Cr8 steel roll.The thermal parameters of the Cr8 steel were measured by experiments.The processes of heating,spray quenching and tempering were simulated to demonstrate the variations of temperature,microstructure and stress of the Cr8 steel roll during the final heat treatment.The continuous spray quenching process and the intermittent spray quenching process were primarily discussed to examine the influence on the final heat treatment of the Cr8 steel roll.Physical simulation was conducted on a Gleeble-3800 simulator to verify the effectiveness of the numerical simulation.It is found that the quenching stress can be largely reduced and the quenching security can be significantly increased when the intermittent spray quenching process and the low temperature tempering process are employed on the Cr8 steel roll.
