摘要
云南花卉产业正处于价值链低端向中高端发展的转型期,准确把握内外部条件和发展环境,并据此做出科学合理的战略判断和选择,是实现成功转型的重要前提。运用SWOT分析法,全面客观分析云南花卉产业发展的优势和劣势、机会和挑战,并构建SWOT矩阵,综合判断后笔者发现,当前云南花卉产业已具有良好的产业、市场和科技基础,应尽快实施创新发展战略,走高端花卉发展道路和品牌集群道路,实现可持续发展。
Flower industry in Yunnan Province is faced with transformation of value chain from low end to medium-high end. It is an important prerequisite for realizing successful transformation to grasp exactly internal and external conditions and development environment so as to make scientific and rational strategic estimate and selection. By SWOT analysis method, advantages and disadvantages, chance and challenges of flower industry development in Yunnan Province were analyzed comprehensively and objectively and SWOT matrix was established. Based on estimate in all respects, we found that there was a good basis of industry, market and science and technology for flower industry in Yunnan Province.Innovation development strategy should be implemented as early as possible and high end flower development and brand cluster should be directed in order to realize sustainable development of flower industry.
