电动助力转向系统性能的仿真试验(续1)

摘要 为了保障行车安全,对电动助力转向系统的性能进行研究。以转向试验台架为研究对象,使用UG和ADAMS软件搭建了电动助力转向系统的多体动力学模型。使用MATLAB软件建立了助力电机模型,搭建了电动助力转向系统的PID控制系统,整定了PID参数。通过联合仿真的方法搭建了电动助力转向系统的虚拟试验平台。根据汽车行业相关标准进行了6项性能试验,试验结果符合汽车行业相关标准。表明电动助力转向系统性能良好,满足了汽车对转向轻便性、路感及回正性能的要求,确保了行车安全。 The electric power steering system performance is studied in order to ensure the driving safety. Taking steering testbench as an object of study, multi-body dynamics model of electric power steering system has been set up by software UG and ADAMS. Booster motor model is established by MATLAB software, building the electric power steering system PID control system and setting PID parameters. Electric power steering system virtual experiment platform is built through co-simulation approach. Six performance tests were carried out according to automotive industry standards. The experimental results accord with the relative standards of the auto industry. The results show that the electric power steering system has a good performance that meets the demands on the steering agility, road feel, and back to the original position, ensuring the driving safety.
