摘要
发动机管理系统既要满足汽车在平原和温带条件下正常工作,同时也要保证在恶劣"三高环境"(即高原、高寒、高温)下,同样能够正常运行。针对在高原地区如何调校汽车,满足国家法规和高原使用要求,使用批产前的试验车在格尔木(海拔2 800 m)和昆仑山口(海拔4 767 m)等实地,通过标定开发专用设备进行调校测试。简述了高原试验的准备工作、试验原理、过程及评价方法,建立了试验标准和流程。经过批产销售表明,完全满足国家法规和用户使用要求。该文给其他项目的整车标定高原试验提供参考和借鉴。
Engine Management System(EMS) should ensure the normal operation in the plain and in the temperate climate area, as well as in the plateau, the high and cold area and the hot climate. This paper focuses on the research in calibrating the vehicle to meet the national standards and requirements in the plateau, using the special tool to do the calibration test in Golmud(2 800 m above sea level) and Kunlun Mountain Entrance(4 767 m above sea level) is also described. The paper summarizes the test preparation in the plateau, the test principle, the procedure and evaluation method, the test requirements and the flow process establishment which fully meet the national standards and the users' demands. This calibration test will provide some reference for the other vehicle plateau calibration test.
