摘要
针对某车型转向异响的问题,进行了主客观评价,确认是EPS电机噪声大、声音品质差。对电机的频谱特性做了测试来识别噪声源。分析了电机噪声的形成因素及其解决对策,综合考虑成本及工艺性等因素,调整了换向器的表面粗糙度,加厚了电机壳体,提高了磁钢与电机外壳的粘合强度。改进后电机噪声水平由50 d B降为45 d B,声音品质也得到改善,证明所采用的措施有效。
Aiming at the problem of abnormal sound of vehicle steering, the subjective and objective evaluation was conducted,which confirmed that the noise of EPS motor was large and the sound quality was poor. Firstly, the spectrum characteristics of the motor were tested to identify the source of noise. Followed by analysis of the motor noise form factors and the corresponding solutions, comprehensive consideration of cost, technology and other factors, the surface roughness of the commutator was adjusted, the motor shell was thickened and the bonding strength of the magnetic steel and the shell of the motor was improved.The noise level of improved motor is reduced from 50 d B to 45 d B, and the sound quality is improved, which proves that the measure is effective.
