摘要
冲压作为整车制造业通用的批量生产流程,提升本身的生产效率是提高企业自身竞争力的有效途径。列述了冲压自动化生产线的主要形式和运行模式,并对比了各自的优劣;介绍了伺服压力机及拉伸垫的工作原理和优缺点。表明使用同步运动控制技术和伺服压力机技术大大提高了冲压自动化生产线的生产效率和稳定性,能够达到降本增效的目的,为后续冲压自动化生产线的选型提供了思路。
Stamping as a production flow in the vehicle manufacturing industry, upgrading the production efficiency is an effective way to improve the enterprise's own competitive ability. This paper introduces the main type and the operation mode for the automatic stamping production line, and describes their advantages and disadvantages. The paper also illustrates the working principle and the advantages and disadvantages for the servo-stamping machine and the drawing cushion. It is proven that the production efficiency and stability of the stamping production line is greatly improved using the synchronous control and servo-stamping machine, which achieves the goal of reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency, therefore it will provide the new idea for the continuous automatic stamping production line type selection.
