摘要
永磁涡流调速是一种新型电机调速节能技术,具有可靠性高、制造和维修成本低、对电网没有谐波污染等优点,是电机调速节能领域的研究热点,已引起了许多国内外学者和高耗能企业的广泛关注。介绍了永磁涡流调速器的发展状况和工作原理,综述了永磁涡流调速技术及永磁传动技术的研究现状,结合实际案例表明永磁涡流调速对风机水泵系统具有显著的节能效果。
The new technology for permanent magnet adjustable speed is used for the motor to control its speed and save its energy. It has the advantages of high reliability, low manufacturing and maintenance costs and no harmonic pollution to the power network. This paper researches on the speed control of motor and it arouses a wide attention from many scholars and high energy-consuming enterprises. It also introduces the working principle of the permanent magnet adjustable speed ddver and summarizes its research sit- uation. The practical application shows it can save significant energy for fan and water pump systems.
