摘要
目前国产客车的车外噪声普遍偏高,成为城市中主要噪声污染源之一。以某厂客车作为研究对象,采用近声场识别法对其进行主要噪声源识别,并通过选择运行法,确定了风扇、消声器等主要噪声源对整车噪声的影响。采取了结构优化、消声、隔声等技术措施对主要噪声源进行降噪,使得整车的车外加速噪声明显降低,并满足了汽车加速行驶车外噪声限值的国标要求。
Noise from outside of the domestic buses is generally on the high side, and has become one of the main sources of noise pollution in cities. With the buses produced in a factory as the object of study, by using the technology of near sound field identifica- tion, and through operation selecting, the fans and mufflers are found to be the main noise sources. Measures such as structure opti- mization, noise elimination and sound insulation are taken to reduce the noise. Noise from bus acceleration is greatly decreased, which fulfils the international requirements of noise limit outside the buses.
