摘要 随着薄壁件在航空航天领域中的广泛应用,对钛合金薄壁件的铣削加工研究越来越受到关注。为提高薄壁类零件的加工质量和加工效率,系统采用面向对象的计算机语言VC++与有限元分析技术相结合的方法,基于ANSYS开发了一套针对带耳类薄壁件的切削加工有限元仿真系统,实现了带耳类薄壁件的快速加工仿真。该系统操作简单、功能完整,可以有效提高工作效率。 As the thin-walled parts are widely used in aerospace, the study of milling and machining of thin-walled parts made of ti- tanium alloy draw more and more attention. In order to improve the efficiency and quality in processing the thin-walled parts, the ob- ject-oriented computer language VC++ combined with finite element analysis is used in the system. Based on ANSYS, a finite ele- ments simulation system is developed for the milling and processing of the thin-walled parts with ears, realizing the simulation of rap- id machining of such parts. The system is characteristic of easy operation with integral functions and high work efficiency.
