摘要 通过对CAXA数控车后置处理技术的分析研究,结合特定的机床把系统生成的刀具轨迹转化成机床能够识别的G代码指令,生成的G代码指令可以直接输入到数控机床用于加工,可以设置不同的机床参数和特定的数控代码程序格式,优化设置过程。针对特定的机床,结合已经设置好的机床配置,对后置输出的数控程序的格式,使过程更加清晰易懂,简化自动编程,总结出合理的参数配置,很大程度地提高了工作效率,也实现了数控加工的完全自动化。为数控车编程提供了技术支持,具有现实意义和实际应用价值。 Based on the analysis of and research on the post processing technology for CAXA NC lathe, combined with a special machine tool, the cutter path instruction generated in the system is turned into G code that can be identified by the machine tool. This G code can then be put into the NC machine tool directly for processing. Different parameters and specific NC code format can be set to optimize the setup process. For the specific machine tool, whose configuration has been set up, the post NC programmed format will be simplified, clear and easy to understand. The rational parameter configuration is summarized, the work efficiency greatly im- proved, and the fully automatic NC machining realized. The research provides technical support for NC vehicle programming, and is of significance and practical value.
