摘要
为满足迫击炮稳定、可靠的自动化前装填,设计了一种曲臂连杆机械结构的迫击炮供弹机。通过改进和优化构件参数以及曲臂运动曲线,得到合适的供弹机构运动轨迹。运用ADAMS软件对机构进行运动学仿真和分析,得到弹底点运动曲线,对结构设计进行了有效验证。分析结果表明,本机构能够保证迫击炮在不同射角下安全、可靠的自动装填。
In order to meet the requirements of stable and reliable automatic loading for the mortars, a crank-rod mechanical struc- ture is designed. By changing and optimizing the parameters of the component parts and the motion curves of the crank, the desira- ble motion trajectory of feeding mechanism of the mortar is obtained.. With the help of ADAMS software, the kinematic simulation and analysis of the structure is carried out.. The design is verified. Analysis shows that safe and reliable automatic feeding is ensured at different shooting angles of the mortar.
