以日本东京多摩广场再开发为例,简单回顾其再开发背景,总体介绍其再开发内容,进而探讨其TOD与SOD结合的再开发模式,最后总结其对我国市郊新城建设的启示。

After a brief introduction of the background of Tama- plaza in Tokyo,strategies of urban redevelopment of the area is discussed by the paper. First,the content of the redevelopment is introduced generally. Furthermore,the combination of the TOD and SOD mode in the redevelopment is explored. In the end,the experience of the redevelopment for suburban new town construction in our country is summarized.
