建筑产业现代化与传统建筑模式经济效益比较

Brief analyses for the economic efficiencies between Modernization of architectural industry and conventional pattern

随着可持续发展政策的继续推进,发展绿色建筑是建筑模式改革的必然趋势。文章从建筑产业现代化的概念及厦门市产业化发展近况出发,分别列举分析预制混凝土PC及钢结构建筑的经济效益,探讨了建筑产业化与传统模式相比在造价方面的优缺点及其原由,并提出降低装配整体式建筑工程造价的若干具体措施。

With the continuous propulsion of the development sustainability,the development of the green building is inevitable for the evolutional architectural. From the concept of architectural industry＇s modernization and the recent developments of Xiamen＇s industrialization,this article enumerates and analyses the economic efficiency of precast concrete PC and architecture of steel structure,investigates the strengths and weaknesses of construction cost for architectural industry and conventional pattern,and also suggest the specific measures to reduce the construction cost for the integral architectural engineering.
