How to promote the urban green transport: A case study of central area of Fuzhou

解析了城市绿色交通的概念与本质,然后针对福州中心城区的交通现状,探讨了绿色交通的影响因素与影响机理,提出城市绿色交通的规划四原则,研究推进城市绿色交通的方法,认为调整土地利用方式与布局、完善现有道路网络、形成以公共交通方式为主、构建绿色慢行交通系统、倡导绿色出行的观念等是可行措施。

Firstly,the paper analyses the concept and essence of green transport. Secondly,it discusses the influence factor and mechanism of green transport for the traffic situation in central area of Fuzhou. Then it presents four planning principles for attention in green transport.Finally,it researches the method of how to promote urban green transport and summarizes some practicable measures,including adjusting land use and layout,improving the existing road network,giving priority to public transportation,building green slow traffic system,promoting the concept of green travel,etc. The object is to effectively promote the green transportation development in central Fuzhou City.
