皇城牧区裕固族传统体育行为的心理特征研究

Psychological Features of Traditional Sports Behavior of Yugu Ethnic Community in Huangcheng Pastoral Areas

运用问卷调查法、田野考察法、访谈法等研究方法,对肃南皇城牧区裕固族传统体育行为特征进行剖析。结果表明:族群记忆是牧民参与传统体育的首要动机,男女牧民参与传统体育的次要动机存在着显著性差异;不同性别、不同年龄参与者的目标定向存在显著性差异;传统体育行为有利于提高身体认知、改善低自尊、低自信,实现民族自尊的形塑;未参与者主要归因于身体、时间。

With the research methods of literature study,questionaire investigation,field investigation and interview,the paper analyses the traditional sports behaviors of Yugu ethnic community in Huangcheng Pastoral Areas.The tribe memory is the primary drive for traditional sports participation.There are significant differences between the secondary drive for traditional sports participation of the male herdsman and the female herder（p〈0.05）;there are significant differences in the goals of the participants of different sexes and ages（p〈0.05）;the traditional sports behaviors can improve the body recognition and self-esteem and shape the self-esteem of the nation;health and lack of time are the main causes for those who fail to take part in sport.
