摘要
目的探讨"医院-社区-家庭"延续性护理对脑卒中患者遵医依从性的影响。方法便利抽样法选取2014年7月至2015年1月上海市闸北区中心医院老年医学科及神经内科收治的脑卒中患者108例,按入院先后将其分为观察组和对照组各54例,对照组患者给予常规出院指导,观察组患者出院后给予"医院-社区-家庭"延续性的护理干预,观察并比较两组患者出院后的遵医依从性。结果观察组患者的遵医依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者实行"医院-社区-家庭"延续性护理干预,有助于提高患者的遵医依从性,促进患者康复。
Objective To discuss the influence of the continuous nursing of hospital-community-family on stroke patients＇ compliance behaviors.Method Totally 108 cases were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The control group was applied with conventional discharge guidance,while the observation group was applied with nursing intervention of hospital-community-family model.The compliance of each group was compared.Result There was statistical significance of compliance showed between two groups（P〈0.05）.The compliance of observation group was significantly improved than control group.Conclusions The continuous nursing of hospital-community-family can help to improve the compliance of stroke patients,and also promote the health of patinets.
