摘要
在全球化大背景下,国际竞争的根本是人才竞争。本文通过对"美国教师10项任职要求"的解读,梳理出其在人才培养方面"理解学生,有效沟通、合理设计、善于反思"的核心内容,并结合高职院校师资队伍建设的工作实际,提出了可具操作性的措施。
In the context of globalization, the kernel of international competition is the talents competition. How to convert the population supremacy into talents advantage is a big challenge in the educational domain, especially the higher vocational education institutions have to face. This article, based on the the interpretation of American Teachers＇ 10 Professional Requirement, combined with the teaching team construction in higher vocational colleges, aims to provide a referential strategy from the international perspective.
