台湾当局维护中国南海岛礁主权的历史考察及法律意义被引量：2

A Historical Investigation of Taiwan Authorities' Safeguarding of the Sovereignty of South China Sea Islands and Its Legal Significance

摘要 20世纪50年代至70年代初台湾当局与菲律宾和"南越"保持着"外交"关系。对于菲律宾、"南越"侵占南海岛礁的行为,台湾当局以"外交抗议"、恢复在太平岛驻军等方式予以了回应。为维护南海岛礁领土主权,大陆可以对台湾当局的这些作为以适当方式予以肯定。 From the 1950 s to the beginning of 1970 s,Taiwan authorities maintained'diplomatic relations'with the Philippines and South Vietnam. These two countries invaded and occupied some South China Sea islands at that time. Taiwan authorities responded them by 'diplomatic protests'and redeploying garrison in Taiping Island. For the maintenance of the territorial sovereignty of South China Sea islands,Chinese Mainland may affirm these actions in a proper way.
