摘要
联合国教科文组织倡导的"国际母语日"旨在传承濒危语言和保护文化多样性。纪念活动自2000年首次开展以来,每年设立的纪念主题丰富了"国际母语日"的内涵,也对包括中国在内的世界各国产生了一定影响。中国自2006年以来也开始举办"国际母语日"纪念活动,并结合中国语言规划实践,创新提出了"母语经济""双母语"和"母语社区规划"等与母语问题相关的语言理念。
Mother language concepts of the UNESCO have developed from the mother language education to human rights of mother language and mother language protection. The UNESCO initiated the 'International Mother Language Day'in 1999 to protect endangered languages and maintain cultural diversity. Since the first session of this activity,the annual theme of commemoration has kept changing,reflecting the evolution of the UNESCO language ideology. The ideas of the UNESCO's have gradually influenced China after its adoption of the policy of reform and opening up,and have internalized into its national language policy. Since 2006,China has been continuously holding 'International Mother Language Day'commemorative activities,and has put forward some new themes about mother language: 'mother language economy','dual mother languages'and 'mother language community planning'.
